Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI-powered growth strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Leverage data enrichment tools to enhance lead generation and personalization.
  • Optimize marketing funnels using automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Experiment with AI-driven content creation and distribution.
  • Use analytics to track, measure, and iterate on growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, data enrichment, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Clearbit, HubSpot, Segment).
  • Hands-on experience with paid & organic growth strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in funnel optimization and CRO.
  • Ability to run rapid experiments and scale successful initiatives.
