Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading organisation. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is desirable.
