Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Recruitment Manager to join our team in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within a large organisation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is desirable.
