Vision Source is seeking a highly organised and motivated Human Resource Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. The Human Resource Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, managing HRIS data, and handling employee queries.
  • Assisting with performance management processes, including performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
  • Contributing to employee engagement activities and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare payroll and monitor cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
