Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain management information systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on utilising the management information systems effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their information needs and tailor systems accordingly.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors promptly and efficiently.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in management information systems and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and developing management information systems.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
