We’re looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and proactive Assistant to the CEO to act as an extension of the leadership team. You’ll be stepping into strategic tasks, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the CEO’s world. If you're highly organized, business-savvy, and comfortable taking initiative, this is your opportunity to work closely with top leadership and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand, managing their schedule, inbox, priorities, and key communications
  • Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO; take notes, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Manage cross-departmental projects, timelines, and team alignment on company goals
  • Handle high-level correspondence, internal memos, and confidential documents with discretion
  • Oversee the flow of studio operations, helping ensure everything is on track and

delivered without delay

  • Assist with sourcing materials or handling day-to-day errands as needed
  • Step into internal leadership support roles in the CEO’s absence
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers: taking orders, processing

payments, responding to messages, and addressing concerns professionally

  • Manage and update our Shopify store, keeping orders accurate and up to date
  • Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production
  • Communicate directly with tailors: manage schedules, track timelines, and ensure

smooth workflow

  • Schedule the employer’s calendar: meetings, appointments, and studio-related tasks
  • Seek out industry connections and opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, and events

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident with basic tech: Google Sheets, Shopify (training can be provided)
  • Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-up
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilities
