Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the iGaming industry. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships, optimizing player value, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, performance analysis, and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, a strong understanding of iGaming products (casino, sportsbook), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and performance updates
  • Understand clients’ business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Analyze account performance, player data, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support, finance) to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor client activity and behavior to proactively address any issues or opportunities
  • Negotiate and renew contracts or agreements as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes relevant to your markets
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably in the iGaming sector
  • Strong knowledge of online casino operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
