AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service representative to join our team in Jeddah. This role will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle customer inquiries effectively, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role requires cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the specific needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
