Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, to join our growing team in the iGaming industry. Based in Dubai, this role offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility while engaging with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring across various business functions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives tailored for the iGaming sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including bulk/volume hiring.
  • Experience in the iGaming, tech, or high-growth digital industries is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup within the Dubai office.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring compliance is an advantage.
