Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
HR Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in
bulk hiring, to join our growing team in the
iGaming industry. Based in
Dubai, this role offers a
hybrid work environment, providing flexibility while engaging with a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring across various business functions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives tailored for the iGaming sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including bulk/volume hiring.
- Experience in the iGaming, tech, or high-growth digital industries is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup within the Dubai office.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring compliance is an advantage.
