Job Overview

United Feed Co. is seeking a highly organised and efficient Operations Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The Operations Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks, supporting different departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company procedures.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.

Support the implementation of operational strategies and process enhancements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications And Experience

Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial or logistics sectors.

Port Operations

Silo Operation & Management

Logistics and Supply Chain

Feed Mills Operations

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
