About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to lead our social presence and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about building engaging content, running high-performing Meta ads, and scaling digital strategies for B2C and SaaS audiences, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Collaborate with designers and leverage AI tools to ideate, plan, and coordinate compelling, on-brand content
- Review and proof all content to maintain quality, tone, and consistency
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including retargeting funnels
- Analyze campaign and social performance to continuously refine strategies
- Handle multiple accounts/brands with a distinct and consistent voice for each
- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising (especially Meta)
- Solid understanding of B2C marketing and/or SaaS audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high-quality output
- Strong eye for content aesthetics, tone, and performance timing
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar
- Experience working with content management systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or automation
- Experience running TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Basic graphic design skills
- Track record of successful retargeting campaigns and ad funnel optimization
