PSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Specialist to join our growing team. This
full-time position will be based in either
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Proactively address project challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.
- Manage project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Qualifications
