Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
General Manager/Director to lead our cafe in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a
full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a thriving cafe business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Control costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Director within the cafe or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
