About The Role
We are looking for a
detail-oriented HR Administrator with
hands-on experience in payroll processing using Keka HRMS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while working closely with the HR and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll through Keka HRMS.
- Handle inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll data and on-time salary disbursement.
- Generate and maintain payroll-related reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Keka support to resolve any issues.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Proven experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and digital documentation tools.
