We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Switchgear/RMU industry, with a proven track record of sales and client relationship management. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for LV and MV switchgear.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and end-users.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
Conduct site visits and follow up on leads and project requirements.
Technical Support
Provide technical expertise to clients regarding switchgear specifications, applications, and compliance standards.
Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and technical submittals.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback and insights to the product management and marketing teams.
Negotiation And Contract Management
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
Reporting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in LV and MV switchgear or related electrical products.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of switchgear standards (IEC, ANSI), electrical distribution systems, and protection schemes.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Language: Proficiency in English
