Aesthetician – Medi-Spa & Luxury Skincare Specialist

A leading private institution in the aesthetic and dermatology field is looking for an experienced and polished Aesthetician with a background in medi-spa environments to join its high-end patient care team.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in advanced facials, HydraFacials, and personalized skincare and will have a deep understanding of combining clinical-grade treatments with a luxury service approach. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skincare and dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience in a refined setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments, with expertise in HydraFacial and medical-grade skincare
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and clinical safety
- Provide a calm, welcoming, and five-star guest experience to all clients
- Educate patients on skincare products and routines for long-term results
- Maintain detailed treatment records and assist with follow-up coordination
- Stay updated on skincare trends, aesthetic technologies, and product launches
- Collaborate with medical staff in delivering integrated aesthetic care
Requirements
- Certified Aesthetician or Beauty Therapist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medi-spa, dermatology clinic, or high-end wellness center
- Skilled in HydraFacial, advanced facials, and skincare consultation
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Client-focused, with a warm, professional presence
- Excellent communication and product recommendation skills
- Based in Bahrain or holding valid residency

المهام الوظيفية:
- تقديم علاجات وجه متقدمة مع إتقان خاص لـ HydraFacial والعناية الطبية بالبشرة
- إجراء استشارات دقيقة وتصميم خطط علاج شخصية
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والتعقيم والسلامة الطبية
- خلق تجربة استثنائية وفاخرة للمرضى من الاستقبال حتى المغادرة
- توجيه المرضى لاستخدام المنتجات المناسبة للعناية بالبشرة اليومية
- تسجيل تفاصيل الجلسات والمساعدة في المتابعة اللاحقة
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في مجال التجميل ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة
- التعاون مع الفريق الطبي لتوفير رعاية جمالية متكاملة
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة معتمدة في التجميل أو العلاج التجميلي
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مركز Medi-Spa، عيادة جلدية، أو مركز عناية راقٍ
- مهارة في استخدام HydraFacial والعلاجات التجميلية الحديثة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية)
- أسلوب لبق، حضور مهني، وشغف بخدمة العملاء
- قدرة على التواصل وتقديم التوصيات الخاصة بالمنتجات
- إقامة سارية في البحرين
