Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Strategy:

  • Participate in the development of the Real Estate investment strategy
  • Conduct market analysis by country and asset class to support investment decision-making
  • Monitor and analyse the pipeline of potential Real Estate projects (residential, commercial, hotel, mixed-use).
  • Build and maintain robust financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling) for investment evaluation and decision-making.
  • Prepare teasers, investment memoranda and internal approval documents with clear investment theses, risks, mitigants, and recommendations.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on existing real estate investments, including performance tracking against business plans.
  • Support due diligence processes, including legal, financial, technical and operational analysis in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

Requirements & Terms

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in investments or analysis.
  • Experience working with Real Estate markets is a strong advantage.
  • Solid skills in financial reporting, analysis, modelling and preparation of presentations.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision.
  • Full professional fluency in Russian (both written and verbal); English at least B1 level.
  • Work format: remote, with possible business trips to Dubai and potential relocation in the future.
