Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • MME (UPDA) certified

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • 7 years in FM in the Gulf
  • 3 years on large-scale mechanical projects

Specialized Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of elevators, escalators, pumps, plumbing systems, and irrigation

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure effective operations of hydraulic and plumbing systems
  • Diagnose system failures and implement long-term fixes
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and upgrades of mechanical equipment
  • Maintain compliance with operational safety and performance standards
  • Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
