AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales professional to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by effectively promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Building rapport and developing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Generating and qualifying leads, following up on sales opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-oriented role.
