Site Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. The Compliance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and processes adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop and implement compliance programs, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Research and interpret new and evolving regulations and provide guidance to the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the company.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and report on key compliance metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with compliance management software is advantageous.
