We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Developer Manager to lead the development, customization, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of CRM developers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure the CRM system supports business goals, customer engagement, and sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM Development: Manage and mentor a team of CRM developers, setting priorities and overseeing project delivery timelines.
  • CRM Customization & Integration: Develop, configure, and maintain CRM components (workflows, reports, dashboards, plugins, APIs).
  • Technical Leadership: Set technical standards, code review processes, and ensure high-quality code across the CRM team.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • System Optimization: Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement system upgrades and patches as needed.
  • Data Management: Oversee CRM data quality, integrity, backups, deduplication, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Training & Support: Provide end-user support, create documentation, and lead training sessions when new CRM features or processes are introduced.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with CRM vendors or third-party integrators when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM development experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot (specify based on your tech stack).
  • Strong experience with API integrations, custom scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar), and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in the relevant CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Strong project management capabilities (e.g., using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana).
