AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales professional to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a
full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by effectively promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Building rapport and developing long-term relationships with customers.
- Generating and qualifying leads, following up on sales opportunities, and closing deals.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-oriented role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
