Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and MongoDB, preferably from the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of mathematical logic, experience building and scaling microservices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Build and scale microservice-based architecture for gaming systems
- Work with MongoDB for data modeling and performance tuning
- Implement and optimize algorithms for game logic and complex calculations
- Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of backend systems
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and document services
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of backend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and MongoDB
- Must have iGaming industry experience (casino, betting, slots, etc.)
- Proficient in mathematics and logic building
- Expertise in designing and managing high-performance microservices
- Solid understanding of API integration, caching, and real-time systems
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Good To Have
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or other message queues
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in iGaming
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes
