Receptionist /
Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This
full-time position will be based in El Sheikh Zayed ( Beverly Hills, West Square). The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems using Microsoft office.
- Assist with arrangements, including booking flights, internal meetings within the organization.
- Prepare and process general reports, including Top management reports.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
