full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. The Catering Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Manage and train catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate catering performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Plan and execute catering events for a variety of occasions and client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with current catering trends and best practices.
Qualifications
