Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and luxury homeowners.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.

Client Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, and visiting companies and sites.
  • Study market trends and target high-value clients within the luxury product sector.

Product Presentation and Demonstration

  • Deliver detailed presentations highlighting the features and benefits of products such as wallpaper, fabrics, and carpets.
  • Prepare samples and mockups according to client preferences and project needs.

Order Processing and Follow-Up

  • Assist clients in selecting the right products based on design needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Process orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and follow up on installations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis
