We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
Senior UI/UX Designer with proven
Product Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Applied Arts or related fields, with over 4 years of professional experience creating user-centered digital products. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery—ensuring seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring design excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and design systems across all digital touchpoints.
- Apply human-centered design principles to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Create interactive design prototypes and conduct A/B testing to validate design choices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX and product design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of impactful, user-focused designs.
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Motion design or micro-interactions experience.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
