E-commerce Specialist to join our team in
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a
full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce operations. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising our online sales channels, managing product listings, and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless online operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably within a similar industry.
