Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duration: Full-time

Candidate

  • MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previously worked for BWA Water Additives. Only candidates from these companies will be shortlisted and processed

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals, preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.
  • Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.
  • Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup.
  • Candidate MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previoulsy worked for BWA Water Additives.

  • Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) is a limited liability company located in Jeddah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • USCI produces speciality chemicals primarily for use in Thermal, SWRO, BWRO Desalination plants throughout the GCC and wider MENA region.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
