Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company, greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable reception area and meeting rooms.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with the coordination of company events and travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- A professional appearance and a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- The ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
