Senior Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team in

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept and schematic design to detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated project delivery.
- Prepare and present high-quality design proposals, technical reports, and presentations to clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and international standards, particularly those applicable in Qatar.
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
- Resolve complex design and technical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- Significant proven experience working as a Senior Architect or in a similar leadership capacity, preferably with experience in the Gulf region.
- A strong portfolio of completed projects that demonstrates exceptional design skills and technical proficiency.
- Expert proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A thorough understanding of Qatari building regulations and approval processes is highly desirable.
