About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Backoffice Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams. The role focuses on assisting with day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and high data accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales representatives with order entry, tracking, and daily operational tasks.
  • Follow up with customers and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Conduct market research and summarize findings on products, services, and competitors.
  • Identify and analyze competitors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to assist the sales team as required.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Maintain and update customer and market information databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Monitor online tender platforms and newspapers daily to identify new opportunities and share qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Serve as the focal point for formal tendering and bidding processes.
  • Track and manage partner NDAs, MOUs, and reseller agreements, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Maintain records of customer contracts and notify management prior to expiration.
  • Track sales activities, appointments, and complaints for management review.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to potential leads; schedule and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain and update CRM data and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly action summaries.
  • Perform other administrative and reporting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Excellent communication (Arabic and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
