Communications Project Specialist

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of communication projects, ensuring they align with our strategic vision. This role is crucial for maintaining clear and effective communication across our diverse business units and with external stakeholders, helping to enhance our international competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a unified brand identity across all companies within the group.

  • Engage with internal marketing stakeholders to understand their strategies and challenges, coordinating efforts to achieve an aligned standard across the group.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key marketing and public relations stakeholders to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

  • Track and assess the performance of communication campaigns, providing insightful reports and analyses to executive management.

  • Identify potential issues before they arise and make necessary changes to ensure organizational success.

  • Assess the user experiences across the group and provide reports to improve conditions.

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects at the group level, including setting objectives, schedules, required resources, and monitoring progress.

  • Work with the design team to produce content for various channels of the group.

  • Encourage participation in volunteer opportunities to enhance professional growth and network expansion.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a project management role, specifically within a communications or marketing environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
