Support the Store Manager in executing the store’s action plan and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Act as a role model by delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand’s image, values, and philosophy.
Drive daily team motivation, provide on-the-floor guidance, and ensure seamless operations throughout all store zones.
Support in team scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring proper floor coverage during peak hours.
Maintain a customer-centric approach by building strong relationships and leveraging the store’s CRM database to identify selling opportunities.
Stay updated on trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity, and actively share insights with the Store Manager.
Support visual merchandising activities and stock replenishment in line with brand guidelines.
Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new and existing team members.
Participate in regular performance check-ins and support the implementation of individual development plans.
Support in ensuring that all operational, safety, legal, and compliance procedures are followed.
Actively contribute to creating a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting trust, respect, and open communication.
Handle customer concerns or issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Step in for the Store Manager during absences or delegated responsibilities.
