Business Development Manager - Q-Solutions Technology Services

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who leverages automation tools, AI platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who understands modern growth systems, AI-powered outreach, and scalable acquisition models.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Growth & Revenue Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and target markets.

  • Develop structured outbound and inbound acquisition strategies.

  • Build and manage partnership pipelines.

  • Own revenue targets and quarterly growth metrics.


AI & Automation-Driven Marketing

  • Design and implement automated lead generation funnels.

  • Use AI tools for:

    • Prospect research

    • Lead scoring

    • Personalised outreach

    • Market intelligence

  • Build automated email sequences and LinkedIn outreach workflows.

  • Optimize campaigns using analytics and performance metrics.

Lead Management & CRM Optimization

  • Maintain structured CRM hygiene.

  • Track KPIs including:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM tools and AI-based prospecting platforms.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
