The Compliance Administrator supports the Compliance function by ensuring company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are properly documented, monitored, and followed. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, filings, and documentation.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect compliance-related information.
Track licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
Report compliance risks, gaps, or breaches to the Compliance Manager.
Assist with compliance training, awareness sessions, and communications.
Liaise with regulatory authorities when required, under supervision.
