Compliance Administrator - Union Properties

The Compliance Administrator supports the Compliance function by ensuring company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are properly documented, monitored, and followed. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

  • Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, filings, and documentation.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect compliance-related information.

  • Track licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.

  • Report compliance risks, gaps, or breaches to the Compliance Manager.

  • Assist with compliance training, awareness sessions, and communications.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities when required, under supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a compliance, governance, or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).

  • Good understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, property development, or corporate environments.

  • Familiarity with compliance management systems and audit processes.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
