Job Overview
a newly established company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports both our corporate brand and the diverse projects within our ecosystem. This role is crucial in shaping the visual identity of us and our clients, ensuring a high standard of creative output across all platforms.
Responsibilities
* Conceptualise and create visually engaging graphics for a variety of media, including digital and print.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
* Support the businesses within our scale by providing design expertise for their branding, presentations, and marketing assets.
* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final delivery, while adhering to deadlines.
* Stay current with industry trends, design software, and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
* Prepare design drafts and mock-ups, presenting them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
* Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
* Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* A strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work related to Saudi Environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
* Experience working with start-ups or in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
Experience, Knowledge in Arabic and English content creation to transfer it to design.
