We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Production Technician to join our manufacturing team.
The role involves operating and monitoring chocolate and candy production lines, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient machine operation in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor chocolate and candy production lines.
• Adjust machine settings according to approved recipes and production requirements.
• Monitor critical production parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Operate chocolate processing machines and report or handle minor operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP, HACCP).
• Execute daily production plans, meet production targets, and record operational data accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience as a Production Technician or Operator in chocolate, confectionery, or food manufacturing.
• Technical qualification such as Industrial Diploma, Technical Institute, or Industrial Education.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in operating production machines and working on manufacturing lines.
Required Skills & Abilities
• Good understanding of food or confectionery manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a shift-based system.
