Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and oversee the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, via various modes including land, sea, and air according to the local private zone regulation and conformities.
Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant parties and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
Documentation & Compliance:
Dealing with NAFEZA procedures 100% with capability of handling the full cycle duties from A-Z.
Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements in Egypt and other relevant countries.

Manage & Preparing the Bills, reviewing with the Accountant department
Prepare, review, and manage all necessary logistics documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and compliant with national and international trade regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 -7 years of experience in logistics(FREE-ZONE GAFI EXPERTISE),
Proven experience with international shipping (import/export) and customs procedures in Egypt is highly desirable.
Fluent in Arabic & English with High Communicational skills
