Tendering/Pricing Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company registration and prequalification on tendering platforms Maintain and update the company profile and tender documentation Establish automated pricing system for company Establish tendering role and specification for company Prepare and submit tender proposals with new solutions in submitted proposal for project owner Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications Analyze project scope, risks, and opportunities Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations Develop competitive and accurate pricing strategies Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial proposals on time Ensure adherence to client requirements and company standards Respond to client queries and support negotiation processes Manage technical documentation, including drawings and material submittals Support procurement by verifying technical compliance of materials and equipment Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during tendering and execution stages Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of estimation and tendering processes Good understanding of construction, landscaping, or engineering projects Proficiency in Excel and estimation software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
