Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day business activities and ensure peak operational efficiency. In this role, you will streamline workflows, manage diverse teams, and optimize resources to drive productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and review operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee operational budgets, monitor spending, and conduct regular reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless business integration.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, legal standards, and company health and safety policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in an operations management or leadership role (typically 2–5+ years).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in business software, including ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and project management tools.
