The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our marketing solutions and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them. Responsibilities

* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure product-market fit.
* Gather, manage, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and features.
* Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Manage the product backlog and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
* Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to guide future product enhancements.
* Act as the key product evangelist and subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a product management role, preferably within the marketing technology or B2B software industry.
* A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrable experience in making data-driven decisions to drive product strategy.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
