Job Overview

BLOOM MOTION LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive recruitment services. BLOOM MOTION LTD specialises in connecting talented job seekers with exceptional employers, and this role is pivotal in expanding our network of client partners. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping organisations find the right talent to achieve their goals. This is a Full-Time position based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

Salary: $85,000 - $160,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients, from startups to established enterprises, to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and objectives.
  • Present and promote BLOOM MOTION's full range of services, including talent sourcing, executive search, and employer branding solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery for all clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform our business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A strategic and commercially-minded approach to business development.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
