Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts. Your key duties will include:

- Overseeing all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and our company website, to enhance our online presence.
- Creating and managing the production of compelling marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, brochures, and client testimonials.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, analyse competitor activities, and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Planning and executing promotional events, webinars, and campaigns to engage prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborating closely with our consulting and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated with sales efforts.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and key performance indicators.
- Managing the marketing budget effectively and ensuring all activities deliver maximum value.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with the right blend of experience and skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment such as a consultancy firm.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategies.
