Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets and expand our client base within the consulting sector.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with our consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and successful service delivery.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent CSP Developments Ltd at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within B2B consulting or professional services.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- A strong business acumen and an understanding of key performance indicators and operational efficiency principles.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
