Analyze metering data from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and related systems to identify consumption patterns, trends, anomalies, and operational insights.
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support management decision-making and operational planning.
Monitor AMI network data health by performing regular data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
Coordinate with metering, IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems.
Investigate data anomalies, communication failures, and system performance issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support performance monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance metering operations and data reliability.
Track and analyze operational activities, including work orders, meter commissioning, rectification works, preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, and work completion documentation using structured data analytics.
Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of metering data in accordance with corporate governance and information security standards.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor to support departmental and organizational objectives.
