Job Overview

Epik International, a leading provider of domain registration and web hosting services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing secure and reliable online solutions to a diverse clientele, and this role is central to that mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising information technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. This is a Full-time position.

Responsibilities

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Manage and coordinate project teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and budget to all levels of management.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to assess results and identify areas for improvement.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.

Qualifications

* Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.
* A solid technical background, with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and infrastructure.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
* Proficiency in using project management software tools.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
