This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $26.00 - $36.00 USD.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Email Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, partners, and suppliers. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to all email inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Providing clear and concise information regarding our company's services, ongoing projects, and general operations.
• Categorising inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal departments, such as project management or finance.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of all communications and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.
• Upholding the highest standards of customer service in every interaction.
• Assisting in the management and organisation of company email inboxes to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and consistent support experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a customer support, email support, or administrative role.
• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with perfect grammar and punctuation.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A high level of proficiency with standard office software, particularly email management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• A professional, patient, and positive attitude.
• Experience within the construction industry or a related field is desirable but not essential.
