Job Overview

Robert Quinn Ltd is seeking a diligent and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail who thrives in a professional and collaborative environment.


This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain and organise both digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Greet visitors and clients, acting as a professional first point of contact for the company.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with the preparation of expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.



Qualifications


  • Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
