The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organise both digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Greet visitors and clients, acting as a professional first point of contact for the company.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
