We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing specialty coffee business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, café, or F&B sales, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners.

  • Drive sales of coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings.

  • Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.

  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements and contracts.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry.

  • Strong network within hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
