Position Overview
As a Project Manager at Aveniya, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects across the organization. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure that project goals align with company objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain project alignment.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and communication.
Present project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships to support project success and organizational goals.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
Quality Assurance
Ensure project deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates.
Track key metrics and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing projects or coordinating project activities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
